Did I Mention I'm Crazy?

Here, take one of these rare Pokémon.

As you probably know, Pokémon is one of those things that will be in my heart until I die. Both the games as the TV series had so many things that are just engraved in my mind. I mean, who doesn’t remember that certain Pokémon that evolved to fast for Ash which resulted in some heartbreaking and hilarious situations. Not only was he the coolest end evolution of the three starter Pokémons, the basic form was also the most cute one to start with. So, you’ll probably guess which one I always picked?

Yeah, that’s right. Charmander was the best to pick even though it gave me a hard time in the first few gyms… Only the fourth gym was a breeze with that cute fire Pokémon. But I’m not here to talk about the games or series but about the next release by Bandai in the Pokémon D-Arts line! And, no surprise here, it’s Charizard!

My dislike for action figures gets overshadowed by my absolute love for Pokémon so I’m somewhat biased on this figure. I absolutely love him. He looks as menacing as he did in the series. And I love the fire effects. You can see how they positioned it by looking at the last picture on my Mewtwo preview. It also looks like he won’t include a stand since he doesn’t really need one apart when you want him flying. I’m just hoping that they’ll include on of those Pokéball/Stadium type bases for the heck of it.

It’s a shame that this one will not include a first-release bonus since I would have loved both a Charmander and a Chameleon as well. But I’m keeping my fingers crossed for all 151 Pokémon! Three down, 148 to go! You can order him on AmiAmi, which I did this morning. And now we wait for the other two final evolutions of the starter Pokémon; Blastoise and Venusaur.
