    Happy hunting!

A game I've loved ever since its debut on the PS2 is Monster Hunter. But I hardly have anything to show my love for it in our collection. That may change now with the new releases by, an unknown to us, company called Animegami Studios.

I wanna do this, no matter the cost!

I'd never thought I'd say this, but I'm actually considering buying another 1/4th scale Mega Man piece. I thought I had the final representation we needed of the blue bomber in our collection but it seems that First 4 Figures had other thoughts about that...

    I’m going mad, and it’s so… Liberating!

It's so depressing when you really look forward to something and when you open it, the happiness turns sour. Well, unfortunately, this happened with our Capcom Classic Mega Man 25th Anniversary statue...

The night has only just begun.

You perhaps know that my favorite fighter game is Darkstalkers (or Night Warriors in Japan). I just love the character designs and am always on the lookout for nice merchandise. A while ago, I saw that the official Capcom store offered some extremely nice T-shirts from Darkstalkers. When I saw them, my first thought was that the designs would make some awesome posters. So I asked them on Twitter if there were any plans on making this happen.

    Sizziling circuits!

The first Mega Man, or Rockman in Asia, game was released back in 1987. And guess what, that means this little man is celebrating his 25th anniversary this year. For a game IP, this is almost as long as one can exist. In my opinion, he deserves more love from Capcom and not just some appearances in Vs. games or a soulless digital game. He deserves more, but please, no more 3D... Well, at least Capcom has not forgotten about one of their most famous mascots birthday.

I want to be the girl with the most bracelets.

About a year ago, I previewed Pop Culture Shock's Chun-Li statue. And because of certain complications, she only arrived around three weeks ago. With us being on vacation the last twee weeks, and just back, I finally found the time to actually review it.

    Don’t fear change, embrace it.

Almost a year ago, I previewed Sota Toys' Embrace statue. If you've read that one, you'd know how horrified I was at the preview pictures of said statue and how sad it made me. Sad because I really, really like the idea and pose but as usual with Sota products, the quality really is sub par... Luckily they stated that the final product would be better. And my, were they wrong...

Darn it, wrong game... Anyhow, this year marks the 25th anniversary of Capcom's Street Fighter franchise and to celebrate that, they made two great announcements!

    Let’s fight!

Street Fighter is one of the most epic and successful game franchises ever. The second one was released in 1993 on both the SNES and Megadrive/Genesis which where the current generation of consoles. Those are still my favorite consoles. I just love the 16bit era. We both do actually. The title of the game was Street Fighter II: The World Warrior and had 12 characters. Eight of those were playable. Now in 2012, Kidrobot puts them all into a box.

A lover’s embrace is forever longed for in the dead of night

The best Darkstalkers statues are made by Pop Culture Shock. That's just undeniable. I still agree with that statement after seeing the Sota Darkstalkers statue called 'The Embrace'.
