I’m not ashamed to say I watched the movie Tinker Bell and I must say that I found it quite entertaining actually. Tinker Bell has always been one of my favorite Disney Ladies and when I heard this news I couldn’t help but flutter with delight.
Who doesn’t know that green dressed little foxy fairy? I just loved the way Julia Roberts played her in Hook and adored her in the Disney classic. So when I first saw the Animation’s Leading Ladies line, in which she’s the first, I was delighted. And who can blame me? Just look at the beauty:
Isn’t she gorgeous? Finally a real statue for older collectors. Even though I usually like the Disney Traditions line, this one appeals to me more. I only find it quite a shame that she doesn’t have an Artist Edition like the Daphne statue, otherwise I would already have pre-ordered her. Now I still need to convince Ingis that we need her :D.
She’s created by Electric Tiki Design and this is the first in their Animation’s Leading Ladies line. The second one that is scheduled for release is Princess Daphne. More are on their way and it’s promising to be one hell of a line!
