Did I Mention I'm Crazy?

Oh no… Oh yes!

Now, if this is your first time here (or your second or third) I bet you’re wondering what’s this site about? You can see a spiffy menu on top that claims we have News, Previews and Reviews and on the main page (next to this post) you’ll see names of games, comics and whatnot. Oh no, I hear you think, not another of those review sites that claims to know all about the games (and I don’t even know what those other things are doing here). No wait, don’t click on that spicy red cross on top just yet.

We’re not just any (p)review site like there are a million on the web! No, we’re different! Yeah, I bet you heard that one before, just let me explain. We don’t preview or review games, comics and whatnot itself! No, we don’t. We review all things that are connected to these things; the goodies, treasure, loot! So you’ll find no typical (game) reviews here! Only special editions, figures, plushes, key chains, … you name it. Everything we can get our hands on that has something to do with something we like, you can find the preview, review or whatever here.
Okay, and sometimes the items themselves… Can’t help it, sorry.

So, again, welcome to DIMIC: Did I mention I’m Crazy?

Oh, and don’t forget to like us on Facebook or follow us on Twitter! We like that.

It is the magic of the King of Twilight, and you WILL respect it!

First4Figures is one of the few (if not the only) companies that makes decent Nintendo statues. Their biggest lines consist of The Legend of Zelda. This statue of Zant is the first one in their The Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess 1/4 Scale “Master Arts” line. Big words for 'just another' Premium Format/Mixed Media.

What? Go to hell!? I just came back from there!!

It's a bit later than the end of May, but the next statue from Darkstalkers is finally online! And you better hurry because SideShow was kind enough to put him online before we got any notice. Bad SideShow! Bad, bad SideShow!!

    I make my own luck.

I like Lara Croft. Always have. I remember looking over my big brother's shoulder when I was little, just to see him play the first Tomb Raider on his computer. When I was old enough, aka able to crack his passwords, I even tried playing the game. Didn't got that far 'cause I couldn't save, but I loved it. I've always wondered why there aren't any nice, high quality, statues made of her. Until now!

    It’s EPIC!

I've waited since we finished the second game (in co-op) for the next installment of Gears of War. Needless to say that I was thrilled that we're not going to get just a Limited Edition but also an Epic one. Only downside was that nobody knew what was in that edition (nor in the limited). That is, until yesterday!

A minute is all I need.

One of my recent weaknesses is lithographs. It all started with a Mass Effect 2 lithograph and it quickly went downhill from then. Not that I already have many but when I do see one that I like, I just buy it. And just like with the rest of things I buy, I'm seldom stopped by the cost of it. Of course, what kind of collector are you if you get stopped by something that mundane? So when I received my newest addition, I was thrilled!

    Are there any heroes?

You probably already know that I like games... and merchandise. So, I really like game merchandise. I also like light sabers, but what self respecting girl doesn't like light sabers? When combining these three plus add a little sexiness, you've got a recipe for greatness!

    Bricks and Movies

I Like Lego. I like Lego a lot. I also like movies. Good movies. Preferably sci-fi or movies based on comic books. So when I was browsing the Internet and found these stunning Lego renders of movie posters on obviouswinner.com, I just had to share them. I added the real posters next to them and I must admit they made them just perfectly. Just take a look and admit Lego is awesome. Come on, admit it!

    Just hanging around

I know it's not the right season for these little critters but when I saw them I just needed to share them with just about everyone.

    Sugar, spice and everything nice!

I loved Cartoon Network as a kid and frankly, if I could view that station now, I still would! Some of my favorite cartoons were; The Jetsons, The Flintstones, Biker Mice from Mars, Dexter's Laboratory, Totally Spies and naturally The Powerpuff Girls! Leblon-Delienne, one of the more famous cartoon sculpting companies, released these three girls back in July 2010. I wouldn't be me if I didn't convince Ingis that we could bent our little rule for only game-related and PFs. Now that I think of it, they did release at least one game... So technically, I didn't break any rules. Yeah me!
