You probably already know that I like games… and merchandise. So, I really like game merchandise. I also like light sabers, but what self respecting girl doesn’t like light sabers?
When combining these three plus add a little sexiness, you’ve got a recipe for greatness!

Yamato is a well known figure manufacturer among people who know something about something. It’s also one of my top favorite manufacturers ’cause they make some game figures. And above that, they make real sexy ones. I already have one figure, namely Velvet from Odin Sphere. There are, however, numerous on my wanted list including the still rumored PVC from Bayonetta (come on Yamato!). And now I found another one to add to my want list; Sylvia Kristel from No More Heroes 2.

Well, actually it is Silvia Christel. Her name is an allusion to the European actress Sylvia Kristel. I don’t know who’s in the wrong here since I find her listed as Kristel about everywhere… Tsk, tsk Yamato sale people.
That being said, I want this… Still debating with my other half if we’re going to buy her. She looks so cool and sexy. I have only two ‘complaints’ being
1) she’s a 1/5 figure… that’s kinda huge…
2) and the seams on her jacket don’t seem to fit well… is that because it can be taken off or what?

This particular figure was first a GK, or Garage Kit. These are usually unpainted and unassembled, which is truly for the hobbyist with a lot of time on their hands. These kind of things take a lot of time, money and effort to get them right. Nothing for me to be honest. I like things that come pre-painted. Assembling, that I can do. Mainly assembling my fingers together. Stupid super glue…
