And yet, here I am; ordering a Marvel/Comic statue of a character I do not know yet from Sideshow. Yes, we finally got another Marvel villain Premium Format. Give a big round of applause for; Ultron.

This was one of those statues that we didn’t saw coming. I don’t think it was mentioned before hand or seen on a show floor, so it really came as a surprise to at least us. Even though we don’t really know this character, we really liked what we saw. And not to mention that he would go freaking nice with our Ms Marvel. She’s an Avenger after all.
I also liked the exclusive part of this statue. Next to a really neat looking art print, we’ll also get an exchangeable arm. It isn’t much but at least it’s something unlike with the Jessica Rabbit PF…

There are two weird things going on with this PF. One being the fact that the light up feature (neat isn’t it?) produces a yellow light instead of red. Yellow equals (and I looked it up) good Ultron, red is bad Ultron. And assuming Sideshow didn’t make the good one who’s still under control of his maker, the color choice is kinda weird.

Second weird thing is his cape. Of course, it wouldn’t be a Premium Format/Mixed Media if it didn’t include some other media than resin. So a cape it is. One thing though… He has never worn a cape… Personally, I’d him holding on to Thor’s cape or something like that. Makes him a PF as well. Ah well. Still like him.
