You perhaps know that my favorite fighter game is Darkstalkers (or Night Warriors in Japan). I just love the character designs and am always on the lookout for nice merchandise.
A while ago, I saw that the official Capcom store offered some extremely nice T-shirts from Darkstalkers. When I saw them, my first thought was that the designs would make some awesome posters. So I asked them on Twitter if there were any plans on making this happen. Here’s the conversation:

But May came and went and still nothing… So, I went ahead and asked them again.
@DIMIC_tw We made them and sold some at SDCC. We’re working on putting them online as I type. Will be available B4 end of month.

Persistence pays off in some cases. I love these and can’t wait to have them in our ever-growing poster collection. They measure 27″ x 40″ (~69 x 101 cm) and are printed on heavy paper stock. There are going to only 250 sets printed although I doubt they’ll sell out fast… Darkstalkers isn’t that well known unfortunately and Capcom themselves aren’t really helping with this matter…
In the set, they’ve made three different designs: Demitri the Vampire, Morrigan Queen Of The Night and Bite Of The Wolf. They’re also packed in an exclusive Capcom branded poster tube with carrying strap. Can’t stop telling the world how much I love these! Now I’m also hoping that they’ll release more designs… Baby Bonnie Hood, Anakaris, Felicia, Hsien-Ko, oh hell, I want them all in poster format!
