Due to a death in the family, news on DIMIC had to be postponed a bit. But we’re back again and with a great special edition preview to boot! Or better yet, multiple special editions for one game. Be ready to be a pirate assassin in Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag.

While I definitely didn’t like the special editions of the third installment of the franchise because of the too many major differences instead of improvements, I really like these ones. Like I said, I don’t like difference but am absolutely fine with improvements.
I like it when I can buy a more expensive edition and have all items from the lower price editions included, it’s what a special edition should be all about: making it more special with each edition and not different.

So, we pre-ordered the Ubistore exclusive, or the Black chest edition, which has a nice figurine and a lot of nice goodies. While I generally don’t believe that you get a nice figurine with a special edition since they usually cheap out, the previous figurines in the Assassin’s Creed special editions were generally very good.

The black chest edition is is definitely the best edition!
