DIMIC

Did I Mention I'm Crazy?

A Nendoronic is born !!!

I know, Nendoronic is not really a word.
Well, actually, it is a word but not one with an actual meaning. At least that is what you think since it makes perfect sense to me. Nendoronic is a Sonic Nendoroid (Nendoro = Nendoroid / Onic = Sonic).
Nendoroid on the other hand isn’t a word I made up, someone else beat me to it.

A Nedoroid is, and I’m quoting our good friends from Wiki here:

A brand of small plastic figures, created by the Japanese Good Smile Company. Nendoroid figures are usually replicas of an anime or manga character and are commonly used as collectors items or toys. They are roughly 10 cm (4 in) in height, depending on the character they were made to look like. Normally they are made in a chibi or super deformed style, with a large head and smaller body to make them look cute. Their faces and body parts are movable and interchangeable, giving them a range of different expressions, postures and items to hold.

Well, since the definition gives away a lot it means less work for me. I know that Good Smile Company delivers quality. Their stunning sculpts are accompanied by very nice paint jobs. So it is a rather safe bet that this figure of our blue hedgehog will be a nice addition to any game collection. Good Smile is producing this figure to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Sonic, so I don’t think this will be the start of an entire Sonic themed line… But hey, a guy can dream. The fastest Nedoroid in the world will come with several accessories so you can pose him in a lot of epic poses. Even the stand is included, what is a great surplus, ’cause those things are not easy to find over here. The height will be like any Nedoroid, so around the 10cm (3,9″) and he’ll be yours for about 25-30 euros. I already ordered one!
